Then there are those people who like to stay loyal to a company and work there because they hate the idea of changing. Either way, having a company without employees is impossible. That is why company owners should respect them and treat them in the right way to not disappoint them.
As any good business owner may already know, it is impossible to run a business without the employees, but the employees are still hardly ever treated with that much importance. They are just treated as if they are any normal person whose work doesn’t help at all, but that is never the case. If you want your employees to stick, you need to give them a reason to want to stay with you, and it shouldn’t just be out of pity. Doing something that great will earn you tons of popularity.
